Expectations
To fit into the team you will need to be;
Exceptionally hard working, looking at a phone on the reg. is not ok. It’s a building site, therefore it’s on the tools.
Have a good eye for detail, someone who can see the bigger picture and knows how to work to a high quality standard, not “it’s close enough so that’s good enough” or “they won’t notice”. The homes that are being built are luxury homes and renovations that require precision and attention.
Someone who is willing to learn and understand, not pretend they are listening and learning. You will be working with skilled carpenters who build to code, do not cut corners and have pride in what they do.
A team player, this means helping each other, being honest and a contributing member of the team
Someone with good values and great work ethic
For the right person, this will be a rewarding and long term-position
